Terms of Service

By accessing or using Enigma, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you're agreeing on behalf of a business, you confirm you have authority to bind it.

Enigma is software for managing party and play-center operations. It is for business use by people aged 18 or older. We may add, change or remove features over time to improve the product.

• Keep your login details secure and don't share them.
• You're responsible for activity under your account.
• Provide accurate information and keep it up to date.

You agree not to:

• Use Enigma for anything unlawful or to store data you have no right to store.
• Attempt to break, overload, reverse-engineer or gain unauthorized access to the service.
• Upload malicious code or interfere with other customers' use of the platform.

You own the data you put into Enigma. You grant us a limited licence to host and process it so we can provide the service. You are responsible for the guest information you collect — including obtaining any consents required (for example, for a child's details) — and for handling it lawfully. We process it as described in our Privacy Policy.

Enigma is free to start, with no card required. Paid plans and their prices, billing cycles and limits will be shown before you upgrade. Fees are [non- refundable except as required by law], and we'll give reasonable notice of any price change.

Enigma relies on third-party providers (for example, hosting, email delivery, payments and the AI assistant). Your use of features built on them may also be subject to their terms. We're not responsible for third-party services themselves.

Enigma, its software, branding and design are owned by us. These Terms don't transfer any of our intellectual property to you beyond the right to use the service.

Enigma is provided “as is.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties and our total liability is limited to [the fees you paid in the prior 12 months]. We aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses.

You can stop using Enigma and close your account at any time. We may suspend or end access if these Terms are breached. On termination, we'll handle your data as set out in the Privacy Policy.
